HOME HEALTH CARE

We are licensed through the New Mexico Department of Health to provide services to Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and Private Pay Clients.

SERVICES: Home Health Care; Skilled Nursing Services (RNs and LPNs), Certified Nurse Assistants and Nurse Aides to assist with activities of daily living; Therapy Services (Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy); Medical Social Workers to assist with and locate resources; Respite; Personal Care; Nutritionist; Clinical Pathways; Diabetic Care; Geriatric Care; Mental Health; AIDS Care; Alzheimers Care; Cardiac Care; Oncology; Maternity Care; Pediatric Care; Nutritional Counseling; Pain Management

MEDICAL SUPPLIES: We are a MEDICAL SUPPLIER. We offer supplies at competitive pricing. We can sell individually or to companies. If you are a high utilizer of certain products, please call us and we will gladly assist your patient's needs. We are able to supply individuals, medical complexes and other agencies.

OTHER SERVICES

• 1. We can assist with your assessments - if ordered by a physician.
• 2. We can relieve the agency at least two hours to assist the care givers of your residents.
• 3. We provide one-on-one respite and personal care.
