The firm has been in operation since 1959 and in January 1995 the firm became an S Corporation. The S Corporation consists of two public accountants and two assistants. The firm provides a wide range of services to various clients.

The firm has clients that are large and small; some grossing millions of dollars and others grossing a few thousand. Each client wants to pay all their taxes on time and comply with all of the government regulations. We help our client with all of their needs and make sure that all our client's forms are filed on time. Consequently, the firm provides a vast range of services for its clients depending upon the needs of each client. These service are as follows:

the preparation of tax returns; 1040 Individual, 1065 Partnership, 1120-S S Corporation, 1120 Corporation and etc.; write payroll checks and payroll tax deposits; Bookkeeping services using our own in-house computers.
